Hello and welcome

My name is Mary Parrish. As a certified coach, clinical hypnotherapist, holistic healer and author my mission is to help adults and teenagers to feel happy, confident and empowered so that they can consciously create their life.

My Story

For those of you who have read my book Simply Well-Being, you will know that my well-being journey began in my late teens. I experienced anxiety and panic attacks, which led me to spend many years searching for solutions and answers that would help me live the life I truly wanted.

Mental well-being continues to be a daily focus for me. Meditation, practising gratitude, and using positive affirmations are all strategies that support me. I appreciate the importance of physical well-being through balanced nutrition, gut health, and exercise, all of which play a vital role in supporting both body and mind. Spiritual well-being has always been at the heart of my journey. For me, it is the foundation of who we are and where everything begins. In my twenties, I trained in hypnotherapy, alternative therapies, and spiritual healing alongside my career, and I now feel incredibly grateful to be able to use this knowledge to support others on their own well-being journey.

My journey so far is what inspires the work I do today. As a positive impact coach, I love to support people to understand what may be holding them back, release limiting beliefs, and develop the tools they need to feel more confident, calm, and in control of their lives. My aim is to empower each person to realise that change is possible. Everyone can control their mind, thoughts and feelings and through the law of attraction they can also create the life which they want.

Well-being is not a destination… it is a journey.
